Our Fees

Clinicare is a private billing practice, which means there is an out-of-pocket cost for consultations. For in-person appointments, we accept all major credit cards, debit cards and cash. Medicare rebates are processed instantly onto a debit card after the full consultation fee has been paid. For Telehealth appointments, we will process payment via credit or debit card over the phone and send the rebate to your bank account registered with Medicare.

The Medicare rebate increases for longer consultations and we have structured our fees such that the out-of-pocket cost to you remains similar despite the length of the consult.

Appointments During Regular Business Hours (Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM) Are Priced As Follows:​

• Standard appointment is $97.50, with a rebate of $41.40

• Long appointment (20 minutes+) is $167.50, with a rebate of $80.10

• Extra long appointment (40 minutes+) is $197.50, with a rebate of $118.00

Note: An additional $10 fee applies on Saturdays and before 9am and after 5pm Monday-Friday.

Concession Prices Are as Follows:​

• Standard appointment is $80, with a rebate of $41.40

• Long appointment is $125, with a rebate of $80.10

• Extra long appointment is $150, with a rebate of $118.00

Note: Concession prices are available for those holding valid government Health Care Cards or Pension Cards on appointments between 9am and 5pm Monday-Friday only.

Telehealth Fees

• Standard appointment is $97.50, with a rebate of $41.40 and a concession fee of $80

• Long appointment is $137.50, with a rebate of $80.10 and a concession fee of $125

Appointments After 8PM Weekdays, After 1PM On Saturdays & On Sundays Are Priced As Follows:​

• Standard appointment is $120.00, with a rebate of $53.90

• Long appointment is $180.00, with a rebate of $92.45

• Extra long appointment is $250.00, with a rebate of $129.65 

Mental Health Care Plan Fees

• Mental Health Care Plan (2715) is $195 with a rebate of $100.20

• Mental Health Care Plan review (2712) is $150 with a rebate of $78.95

Procedure Specific Fees:

• Simple procedure is equal to consultation fee plus $157.50

• Advanced procedure is equal to consultation fee plus $190- $337.50

• Complex procedure is equal to consultation fee plus $450-$557.50

• Iron Infusion procedure is $250

IUD Insertion Fees:

• Initial consult: 15 minute appointment, $97.50, with a rebate of $41.40

• Insertion (on a separate day): 1 hour appointment, $250 out-of-pocket or $310 with Penthrox

• Follow-up appointment 6 weeks after insertion: covered by Medicare or $41.40 without Medicare $41.40

Integrative Medicine Appointments (Dr Simon James) are priced as follows:

• Standard appointment is $97.50, with a rebate of $41.40

• Long appointment is $195, with a rebate of $80.10

• Extra-long appointment is $292.5, with a rebate of $118

• Extra-extra long appointment is $390, with a rebate of $191.20
